Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on a business day will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping times and prices depend on your location, the size of the order, and the selected shipping method. Our primary carriers include:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Typically the most affordable option for customers within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): A faster alternative, ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely.
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for urgent deliveries, this is the quickest option.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or external factors such as weather delays, carrier disruptions, and peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. For customers located within the United States, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For international customers, shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address and the weight of the order.
4. International Shipping
Cona Flownie currently ships to select countries outside the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please ensure that your shipping address is supported. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by the destination country. We cannot control or predict these charges, so we recommend checking with local customs offices before placing your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the email notification.
6. Address Accuracy
To ensure that your order is delivered correctly and on time, please double-check the shipping address when placing an order. 7. Shipping Delays

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@conaflownie.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue quickly. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged package and contents and send them to us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
9. Return to Sender/Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply, and we may not be able to reship your order if there are restrictions on delivery to your location.
